Solution: We created a relevant brand with recognizable values that were felt and understood by the customers it served.
How do you transform a governmental agency into a consumer brand that people can understand and embrace? We developed a visual language for the launch of California’s first Consumer Choice Aggregation program through photographic metaphors, using a clean, fresh color palette and language that hit emotional touch-points, to persuade a broad base of energy consumers. Then we helped the brand expand across counties and diverse demographic bases, using the same techniques to address local customer values in each area.
